Tony Connors
Managing Director
OZAF International Founder and Managing Director, Tony Connors, has build a highly successful career and reputation on experience gained through working in multiple industry sectors on an array of project types. In founding OZAF, Tony brings to the business more than 15 years’ experience in the construction and contracting businesses, including Indigenous-owned operations. Managing numerous projects over the years, ranging from small residential builds through large scale commercial developments of up to $250 million in value, Tony is a leader in his field.
For Tony, it’s about understanding client requirements, building positive relationships along the way and ensuring expectations are exceeded through superior delivery. Throughout his professional career, Tony prides himself on developing strong client, community and sub-contractor relationships which have proven crucial in building a highly successful career. No matter the size of the project, Tony is committed to building strong project teams and at all times to developing and fostering positive relationships between all parties involved. It is this focus that will see OZAF International always deliver superior outcomes.
Tarm Michielsen
Executive Director
Experienced in design, installation, commissioning in central plants and DX systems, Tarm has been in the industry for more than 15 years. Tarm is an expert in his ability to keep operations on track, focusing on best practice to serve valued customer needs.
Tarm has held project delivery and executive management roles, allowing him to build and sustain lasting relationships with clients. Chris’ delivery focus is on meeting each individual client’s needs through a collaborative approach, while his focus on people creates an environment where diversity and inclusivity is cultivated and celebrated.
Darren Lundberg
Mining & Major Projects Director
Darren is a qualified Civil Engineer with many years of experience in the delivery of roads, bridges and other large scale civil projects. Darren is also an expert and experienced Mine Manager and technical consultant who has worked with many of the world’s leading mining and resource companies. Darren is expert in the design and delivery of major road and transport infrastructure projects.
Darren has had an extensive career spanning 30 years in the civil construction and resources industries and has held key senior management positions throughout Australia.
Slavko Kukuruzovuch
Engineering Manager
Slavko is a qualified Civil Engineer and has extensive experience working in the engineering sector. His experience includes all life-phases of a project from feasibility assessment, and design, to construction, through to maintenance and optimisation of operations. Slavko is a calm and thoughtful leader who is excellent at bringing out the best in his teams and developing his team members.
David McKay
Lead Project Engineer
David is an experienced and energetic engineer with a long and strong history in successfully executing projects for a wide range of clients and a wide range of projects. He is a solutions and client focused individual who specialises in bringing teams together to provide the best solutions for the project.
